House demolition and reconstruction / pier reconstruction at 64 Bridge Street, Falmouth.

Scope of Work:

This project involves the total demolition and reconstruction of an older home. The design of the existing house was antiquated and in non-compliance with current code, although the water front site was extremely desirable. The pre-existing pier was also in disrepair.

Falmouth Engineering, Inc. handled all of the surveying, engineering and permitting issues necessary for the client to re-build his dream home and dock in accordance with the Falmouth Conservation Commission guidelines.
